5. Payment & Billing

  • All fees must be paid in accordance with the billing terms set in your agreement.

  • Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Taxes and regulatory charges may apply as per local laws.

6. Service Availability

  • DamVis commits to providing 99.99% uptime as per SLA.

  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

  • DamVis is not responsible for downtime caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.

7. Security & Data Protection

  • We implement enterprise-grade security measures, but no system is 100% secure.

  • Clients are responsible for securing their own applications, accounts, and passwords.

  • Data protection will comply with relevant laws (e.g., GDPR for EU clients).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DamVis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service during the last 12 months.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.

  • Payments are overdue.

  • Activities are found unlawful or harmful to our infrastructure.

10. Intellectual Property
